According to the Public Relations Office of the University of Kurdistan, in a significant national appointment, Dr. Hamed Ghaderzadeh has been appointed by Dr. Negahdari, head of the Parliament Research Center, for a one-year term as the "Director of the Governance and Legislation Think Tank and Secretary of the Scientific Council of Kurdistan Province."

This think tank, operating under the Parliament Research Center, was established with the aim of improving the decision-making system under the motto of "Efficiency, Transparency, Smart Governance, and Public Participation."
According to the decree, the most important missions of this position are:

1. Formulating a framework of issues, priorities, and solutions for the province's development challenges.

2. Engaging with provincial representatives to provide research and investigative support at the national and local levels.

3. Identifying and forming a network of elites and expert thinkers to collaborate with the think tank.

4. Leading the think tank to actively participate in specialized councils and scientific events in the province.
